ASEAKO ELECTRIC BIKES – Try at Home Guarantee

At Aseako we are all about affordable quality e-bikes designed to provide a comfortable easy ride experience with great performance.
We are so confident that every customer will love their Aseako Electric Bike, we offer a 7-day Try at Home guarantee so when you get your bike, if it’s not right for you, it can be returned to us for a 100% refund, less a $50.00 return shipping fee. (Mainland Australia only) The 7 day Try at Home Guarantee is limited to be used once per customer.

What do I need to do to return my bike?

Just email us at sales@aseakoelectricbikes.com.au within 7 calendar days of receiving your bike and advise you wish to return it and we will arrange to have the bike picked up from you.

Bikes must be part disassembled and re-packaged safely in the same packaging used to deliver the bike to you. This includes the packaging of the frame, wheels and components.
You must retain original packaging in the event of a return. If the bike incurs damage during transit due to inadequate packaging, Aseako Electric Bikes reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of replacement of the damaged part or component.

A surcharge of AUD $50 will be applied for bikes returned without the original box.

Usage and Condition of the bike

To remain eligible we request that you keep usage to a minimum should you be considering a return. Damage caused from improper use, abuse of the policy or incorrect assembly – such as pedal threads being damaged will be charged at full retail rates.

The bike should also be clean! Bikes returned dirty, will incur an AUD $50 surcharge. We accept, that it can be difficult to remove every spot of dirt, but please make an effort to return a clean bike.

What do I do if I am happy my bike?  (As we are sure you will be!)

You do not need to do anything! Just keep enjoying your new Aseako Electric Bike.
